Auberge Du Soleil provides Napa Valley’s most panoramic-view destination for wedding ceremonies and receptions from 2 - 120 guests. Terraced on a hillside overlooking the valley vineyards, let Auberge du Soleil set the mood for your wedding celebration.
Wedding guests will be greeted with the warm hospitality that has made Auberge du Soleil everything it is today. A private staircase leads you onto your own private dining level, exclusively reserved for your event. A glass of Napa Sparkling wine would be the perfect accompaniment on the terrace as guests arrive from your off-site ceremony, or await the wedding ceremony on the adjoining deck.
One end of the Terrace offers guests a sheltered site where they can enjoy hors d’oeuvres, watch a sunset or take part in an intimate wedding ceremony. The ceremony deck is a unique location to exchange vows amidst the vineyards, hillsides and mountains of California’s Napa Valley. In the fall months, guests will enjoy the patchwork of autumn colors in the vineyards below with bright yellow mustard in the fields during the winter months. Summer and spring provide various shades of green as the backdrop for the ceremony photos. Guests will be able to share in the festivities and enjoy the panorama in the distance.
The expansive deck has space for the wedding ceremony as well as an hors d’oeuvres and cocktail reception to follow. A stone-sculpted fountain is set off to one side of the Terrace, and terra cotta pots filled with brilliantly colored annuals are placed around its periphery.
Guests will be welcomed into the dining room for a fabulous wedding lunch or dinner prepared exclusively by our acclaimed culinary team. The private dining facilities offer the same Michelin-starred cuisine as the Auberge Restaurant. The Terrace and ceremony deck holds 120 seated wedding guests.
The Cedar Room holds up to 75 standing or 40 seated guests. The Vista Room I and II combined can accommodate up to 120 wedding guests seated with a dance floor.
Fees & Deposits
A 25 percent deposit is due within seven (7) days after receiving the initial contract. Half the estimated event total is due 60 days prior to the event; the balance is payable seven (7) days prior to your event. Facility fees and food & beverage minimums do apply and may be quoted by the Catering staff at the time of scheduling. Your wedding facility fee includes event coordination, natural Chiavari chairs with white cushions, 60” round tables, china, silver and crystal stemware. Also included: white Italian overlays with caramel underlays, white Italian napkins and votive candles. All set up, clean up, complete staffing and complimentary valet are included for your event.
Private event rooms may be reserved at Auberge du Soleil for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Private dining locations are available during the day from 10:00am-3:00pm and during the evening from 5:00pm-11:00pm. Auberge du Soleil’s private rooms accommodate events from 10-120 guests. * Times may be flexible based on seasonality.
