Relais & Chateaux 60th Anniversary Celebration "East Meets West"
Visiting Relais & Chateaux Grand Chef Kyong-Won Park of the Relais & Chateaux Si-Wha-Dam will collaborate with Executive Chef Robert Curry and his culinary team to present three evenings of two cuisines – one in the spirit of Seoul, Korea paired with the French country California. Three nights of exquisite 5-course dinners will be offered in our restaurant. Nightly seating from 5:30-9:00pm on October 22, 23 and 24, 2014. Each chef will prepare two-courses and a collaboration of both cuisines presented by Executive Pastry Chef Paul Lemieux. Reservations will begin August 1 until all spaces are confirmed. Dinner will be five-courses, $150 per guest, plus gratuity. Optional wine pairings will be offered at $80 per guest plus gratuity, and our full wine list with over 1400 selections is always on hand.
