CEREMONY
CAPACITY: The Terrace and ceremony deck hold 75
seated or 120 standing.
RECEPTION CAPACITY: The Cedar Room holds up to
75 standing or 40 seated guests. The Vista Room I and
II combined can accommodate up to 120 guests seated.
FEES & DEPOSITS: A deposit is due seven (7)
days after the date has been tentatively booked. Half
the estimated event total is due 60 days prior to the
event; the balance is payable seven (7) days prior to
your event. Facility fees and minimums do apply and
may be quoted by the Catering staff at the time of
scheduling. Your facility fee includes event
coordination, natural chiavari chairs with white
cushions, appropriate tables, china, silver and
crystal stemware. Also included are floor-length
linens, with linen underlay, white Italian overlays,
white Italian napkins and votive candles. All set up,
clean up and complete staffing of your event is
included.
PRIVATE ROOMS MAY BE RESERVED at Auberge du
Soleil for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Private dining
rooms are available during the day from 11:00am-4:00pm
and during the evening from 6:00pm-midnight. Auberge
du Soleil's private rooms accommodate events from
10-120 guests. In-house catered luncheons run $48-64,
dinners $80-98. Beverages, a 20% service charge, and
tax are additional.
