Accommodations Faq
- What time is Check-in and Check-out?
- Check-in: 3:00pm. Check-out: 12:00 noon.
- Can we have an early Check-in?
- Guaranteed Check-in is 3:00pm but we will be glad to accommodate your request when possible.
- Can we have a late Check-out?
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Please contact guest reception on the day of your departure for any exceptions.
- Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
- Our hotel has two rooms with wheelchair access. A wheelchair lift is also available on the path from the guest rooms. The Restaurant and Bistro & Bar can also accommodate wheelchairs.
- Can we reserve the same room as last year?
- We book guest accommodations based on room type. Specific rooms can be requested, but cannot be guaranteed.
- What kind of amenities do you offer?
- Our Napa Valley resort offers the Auberge Spa, pool & jetted tub, gym, steam rooms, one outdoor tennis court, yoga pavilion, outdoor Sculpture Gallery.
