Auberge du Soleil proudly presents ‘Meet the Artist, Matt Gil’ during Arts in April. Join artist Matt Gil for a private tour of his work featured in the Auberge du Soleil Sculpture Garden.  Friday, April 08, 3:30-5:00pm.

Grab a friend and meet fellow art enthusiasts at Auberge du Soleil for an afternoon of art and wine. Join artist Mat Gil for a discussion of how his sculptures are created and the inspiration behind his artwork. Guests can enjoy a glass of sparkling wine while strolling the ÆRENA Napa Valley Sculpture Garden, on the grounds of Auberge du Soleil, to see Matt Gil’s creations. This is a walking tour so please wear comfortable shoes. The tour will end with a tasting of Blackbird Vineyards wines in the Courtyard.

Auberge Beach Residences and Spa, Fort Lauderdale Napa-Style Dinner

Auberge du Soleil’s Executive Chefs, Robert Curry and Paul Lemieux spent the weekend in sunny South Florida for the South Beach Food and Wine Festival.   Also in attendance was Auberge du Soleil’s Wine Director and Sommelier, Kris Margerum.  Chef Curry and Chef Lemieux prepared a four-course dinner, to the sold out event, as part of the inaugural “Taste Fort Lauderdale” series.

Auberge Resorts was a festival sponsor, joining other real estate-related sponsors that included Compass, Casa Tua, Faena Hotel, the Miami Design District, and premier sponsor Property Markets Group.

Love is in the Air at Auberge du Soleil


Cherish your time together at Auberge du Soleil this February.  This month of love is the perfect time to indulge in a romantic getaway and Auberge du Soleil offers the ultimate in luxury and seclusion for couples looking to escape.

Both our Michelin-starred Restaurant and the Auberge Bistro have fireplaces and gorgeous views, adding up to some major romance.  New to our Wine by the Glass list is the Domaine Carneros “Le Reve”.  Tête de Cuvée of the Domaine. The Restaurant at Auberge du Soleil is offering a Valentine’s Dinner for Two.  On Valentine’s Day,  Executive Chef Robert Curry is featuring a very special Food Lover’s six-course tasting menu that is sure to indulge the senses.
