Auberge du Soleil’s Owl Box

On Tuesday, April 26th Auberge du Soleil paid homage to John James Audubon’s birthday (the namesake and inspiration for the National Audubon Society.  Their mission is to conserve and restore natural ecosystems, focusing on birds, other wildlife, and their habitats for the benefit of humanity and the earth’s biological diversity) by placing an owl box below our Sculpture Garden in order to provide Napa accommodations to a beneficial predator for our property.   To learn more about owl boxes or to find out if you have the proper habitat for placing a box on your own property visit http://www.hungryowl.org
