Auberge du Soleil is once again creating an elevated dining experience. Guests at the award winning Restaurant are now treated to indulgent offerings rolling through the dining room.
After an awe-inspiring meal prepared by Michelin starred Chef Robert Curry, guests are presented with a delectable Madeira & Candy Cart. Laden with sweets and confections, guests are able to select from a chocolate hazelnut truffle, pistachio house-made caramels or dragéed chocolate covered almonds, in addition to the regular dessert course.
All of the sweet treats are handmade by Executive Pastry Chef Paul Lemieux, and paired with a trio of Madeira, a sweet fortified dessert wine. Madeira on the cart; Blandy’s, Terrantez, 1976, Cossart Gordon,Bual, 1958 and Broadbent, Malvasia 1933, are offered by taste or by the glass.
Upon departure, restaurant guests are presented with a signature, keepsake box filled with pâte de fruit to take away with them.
