Far Niente’s 125th Anniversary Celebration

On Saturday, July 17, Far Niente celebrated its 125th Anniversary with an over the top event.  Far Niente opened up their iconic doors to over 750 guests and treated them to an amazing, unforgettable evening. 

Guest were treated to a wine reception in the caves, performances by world renowned musicians –  jazz trumpeter Chris Botti and violinist Joshua Bell and a feast from fifteen of Napa Valley’s finest restaurants.  

Our very own Executive Chef Robert Curry was in attendance at the event.  Chef Curry was plating up delicious Vietnamese Banh Mi.  These beef tenderloin sandwiches were definitely a crowd favorite.  The uniqueness of this sandwich lied within the French baguette – flavor packed with savory Vietnamese fillings and foie gras pate.  It was an incredible combination of flavors and kept people coming back for more.

This 125th Celebration will be remembered by many for years to come.
