Guest Services

Receptionist

1 Full-Time position. Must have flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. Front desk experience in a luxury property preferred. Must have knowledge of the Napa Valley. Must have excellent phone, computer and guest interaction skills. Must be able to multi task.

PBX Operator

1 Full-time position. Must be able to answer a multi-line phone switch board with a polite disposition. Must be calm, and have good customer service skills. Hospitality background preferred. Must have Administrative experience.

Bell/Valet

1 Full-Time position. Must be able to work outside in a fast paced environment. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. Must have excellent communication skills, and a positive and outgoing demeanor. Must have clean driving record.

Restaurant

AM Restaurant Host

1 Full-Time position available. Candidate must have strong guest service skills. Must be able to maintain a positive attitude in all situations. Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations. Position requires knowledge of computers as well as ability to answer multiple phone lines. Prior restaurant experience preferred. Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends as well as holidays.

Hall Team Attendant

1 Full-time Position. Ideal candidate must be able to assist in the retrieval of wines from the wine cellar and beverage areas throughout a scheduled shift and to assist in the restocking and daily upkeep of such area. Candidate must be able to read and comprehend wine slips, exert strong physical effort in transporting cases of liquor, beer and wine from the cellar and beverage rooms and must have the ability to lift up to 25lbs.Must be able to make coffee drinks quickly. Must be able to assist restaurant staff with side work duties, such as polishing silverware and glassware. Must be able to lift full glass racks, and full silverware racks. Experience preferred but not necessary.

Culinary

Line Cook

1 Full-time position available. Our kitchen needs passionate and highly motivated staff w/desire to excel in the culinary field. Prior kitchen experience with a fine dining establishment is a plus.

Dishwasher

1 Full-time position available. Adhere to hotel specifications and standards in operating the dishwashing machine to designated restaurant and kitchen wares, clean and maintain equipment and dishwashing/kitchen/cafeteria/compactor/storage areas. Assist in washing pots pans and other kitchen utensil/equipment. Complete other special cleaning projects as assigned.

Housekeeping

Turndown Attendants

2 Part-time positions. Must be able to lift up to 30lbs. Will provide guest services and clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. Responsible for reporting any maintenance issues and handleing guest request and complaints. Must ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. Must be able to speak English.

Maintenance

Assistant Director of Facilites

1 Full-time position. Candidate will be responsible for administering, directing and controlling the operations of the Engineering Department. Will also be responsible for all hotel emergency systems and maintains a knowledge of all the laws, codes and regulations as it pertains to the property. Will maintain the hotel facility and all related equipment. Provide a safe working environment by following all safety and security procedures and rules. Qualified candidate must have prior maintenance or related field management operations experience, preferably in a hotel/resort environment. Must possess excellent written, verbal and organizational skills. Must also possess excellent organizational and priority setting skills and have the ability to exercise independent judgment

Spa

Receptionist

1 Full-Time position. Must have computer experience in Word and Excel. Must have flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. Experience in spa or hospitality industry preferred. Basic computer experience helpful. Retail experience is a plus.
