Housekeeping
Housekeeper Supply/Attendant Supervisor
1 Full-time position available. Must be able to maintain and manage the necessary supplies needed for the housekeeping department. Able to maintain the necessary uniforms inventories as directed by the Executive Housekeeper. Ability to manage and process purchasing orders and inventories. Able to maintain the storage area cleanliness and stocked. Able to receive calls, logging, store and mail lost and found items. Able to walk, stand, bend and reach for long periods of time. Must be able to communicate and work effectively with people. Will be in charge of supervising room bar and house attendants. Must be able to speak and write English. Hotel and supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Maintenance
Assistant Director of Facilites
1 Full-time position. Candidate will be responsible for administering, directing and controlling the operations of the Engineering Department. Will also be responsible for all hotel emergency systems and maintains a knowledge of all the laws, codes and regulations as it pertains to the property. Will maintain the hotel facility and all related equipment. Provide a safe working environment by following all safety and security procedures and rules. Qualified candidate must have prior maintenance or related field management operations experience, preferably in a hotel/resort environment. Must possess excellent written, verbal and organizational skills. Must also possess excellent organizational and priority setting skills and have the ability to exercise independent judgment
